Abhay Kumar Agarwal (Director)

Abhay Agarwal is currently serving as the Director of Burman Estate. He is well experienced in the areas of Accounting, Finance, Management and Corporate Advisory Services. His proficiency and competency in the said areas are asset to the Company.

He was in the Board of directors in some of the listed companies since more than 10 years. He was a member of Audit Committee and Shareholders’ Committee of these Companies. He also has an experience as a Director in various Non-Banking Financial Companies since more than 10 years.

Beside this he is also Director in various other companies having various business like as in Natures Bounty Wines & Allied Products (P) Ltd., Lite Bite Foods Pvt. Ltd, British Health Products (India) Limited, Hindustan Herbals Limited, Dabur Securities Private Limited and Elephant India Finance (P) Ltd. and looking after their finance and other management services for a period of 30 years.
